This is a blog about a county where there's something of everything (except beaches). Mountains, rivers, forests, Alpine pastures, a reservoir, abundant wildlife, history from the Neolithic onwards, dinosaur footprints, a mining and textile industry that came to an abrupt halt in the 1980s, a 410 km2 Natural Park, and paths (hundreds of them) where you can walk all day and often barely see a soul.

Getting to Queralt

So you've come to Berga and you've seen the buildings on the mountain above the town. Maybe you've been told that there are lots of paths for walking up and you'd like to try some. But taking the car to where you can start walking is not as easy as it looks.
